No Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a digital recipe/product has been purchased and accessed (downloaded or viewed), it is considered consumed, and we are unable to offer a refund. This policy is in place because digital products can be easily copied and retained by the customer, making it impossible to ensure the product is returned.

This policy applies to all digital recipe/product purchases made on or after December 30, 2025. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Circumstances Not Covered by Refund:

The following circumstances are not grounds for a refund:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

• Dissatisfaction with the taste or outcome of the recipe.

• Technical difficulties accessing the recipe if the customer's system does not meet the minimum requirements (e.g., unsupported file format, lack of internet access).

• The customer already possesses a similar recipe.

Exceptional Circumstances:

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we are committed to customer satisfaction. In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrably defective file rendering the recipe completely unusable, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement recipe of equal or lesser value. To be considered for a replacement, you must contact us at Contact@dinzyfamilyfinds.com within 1 day of purchase, providing detailed information about the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of error messages).
